OpenSlate
From script to shooting day, in one place.
OpenSlate is a scriptwriting and production tool. Write your script, and OpenSlate reads it and lists everything you need: every scene, who speaks in it, where it happens, how long it runs on the page, and what each scene requires — props, costumes, vehicles, stunts, animals, extras and effects.
Plan the shoot
Arrange scenes onto shooting days on a board, grouped so you’re not driving back to the same farmhouse three separate times.
Call sheets, done
Once the days are set, it prints each day’s call sheet — where to be and when — as a proper PDF.
Who works when
See who is on which day, including days an actor is booked and paid but not shooting. Missing those is how cast costs get underestimated.
